EVP Football Operations
Howie is now in his 16th season at the Philadelphia Eagles front office and his first as the franchise’s Executive Vice President of Football Operations after moving up from General Manager. When he was appointed as General Manager at age 34, it made him the youngest in NFL history. In his new role, Howie directs contract negotiations, manages the Eagles salary cap and other NFL strategic matters, whilst also overseeing the team’s medical, equipment, video and security staffs. His creativity and ability to develop and nurture positive relationships in every part of his job has played a significant role in Howie’s ascent within the Eagles organisation.
