Your Membership Application
By completing and submitting your application for membership via The Leaders Club website, you agree to be bound by these Club rules.
If you do not adhere to the Club rules, then you may be asked to resign your membership.

Your Eligibility
You confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria to become a member and that you are committed to championing the personal attributes of a Leaders Club member. If you, at any point from becoming a member of The Leaders Club are no longer eligible to be a member, your membership will be stopped.

Building the Network
The bigger the network grows, the greater the value for everyone, so we welcome all members inviting a colleague, friend or industry peer to join a session.
In the spirit of the Club and for those that have paid for membership, a non-member can join only one in-person event or virtual session for free.

Your Membership Start Date
If you’re a part of a Group Membership, your membership will commence on the Membership Start Date and expire on the Membership End Date (“Initial Term”) stated in a signed membership agreement.
If you’re an Individual Member, your membership will commence on the Membership Start Date and expire on the Membership End Date (“Initial Term”) stated in your ‘Welcome to the Leaders Club’ email.
If your membership is not paid 45 days after invoice, your membership will be stopped.

Membership Renewal
Your membership shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods (each, a “Renewal Term”), unless either party elects not to renew by providing written notice to the other no fewer than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or Renewal Term.
We’ll send you an invoice no later than 45 days before your renewal date. If your membership is not paid 45 days after invoice, your membership will be stopped.

Membership Fees
We reserve the right to increase fees of your membership by providing written notice to you no fewer than sixty (60) days prior to expiration. 

Refund Policy
Memberships are non-cancellable, non-terminable and non-refundable, unless we terminate the Agreement or discontinue the Membership, in which case we will provide a pro-rata refund to you for the remaining months of your membership. 

Upgrading Your Membership
You can always upgrade your membership with no penalty. When you upgrade, we sign you up for a new 12-month membership to the upgraded service.  
If you’re a Group Member you can always add a new member to a Group Membership. The chargeable fee will be pro rata from the data the new member is added to the membership to the end of the current contact.

Transferring Your Membership
Your membership is non transferrable. However, if you have a Group Membership and a member leaves your organisation, you can transfer their membership to someone else in your organisation for the remaining months of the membership, providing they meet the eligibility criteria. If you have agreed that the individual can continue to be a member after they leave your organisation, then the ‘Upgrading Your Membership’ rule will apply, if you want to add another staff member to the Group Membership.

Approving Applications
We will review and confirm all applications within 5 working days of the application. If your application is unsuccessful, we will notify you by email with reasons for it not being approved.

Membership Database
It is important for us to have your current details.
By becoming a member, you agree that we can use your details in connection with your membership.

Your Personal Information
We will use the personal information you provide us in connection with your membership, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can view here.

Club Attire
Unless specifically stated, there is no dress code, we want you to wear what you feel is going to be appropriate and you will comfortable in. All that we ask is that you are considerate of others in what you choose to wear.

Confidentiality
To help everyone make the most of their membership and feel comfortable to share at all times, we want to create a safe environment, which means we observe Chatham House Rules in all sessions and workshops.

Selling your Services
The Leaders Club is not a forum for selling your services. The aim of the membership is to help accelerate your personal and professional development and develop personal and career critical relationships. We of course understand better than anyone, that building relationships can lead to business, organically, which is a fantastic bi-product of the membership but is not the purpose.

Your Commitment to Attending
We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible of  The Leaders Club, and its our members (you) that help create the experience. Please let us know if you’re unable to attend an event, or online session as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Club Events
While you are a member, we may ask you to give your views of, and experiences of The Leaders Club. We may also film, video or photograph our member events and activities for use in our membership programs, as well as advertising, promotions, public relations, and other commercial or business purposes. If you take part in these interviews or events, you agree to us using your name, image and limited other information. You also consent to us publishing any materials produced by, or for, us for any purpose without your further consent, and you waive your right to receive any payment from us in connection with such publication.

Interpretation of the Rules
In the event of any dispute arising as to the meaning or interpretation of these rules, the matter shall be referred to the Founding Members of The Leaders Club, whose decision with respect to your membership shall be final and without appeal.
