From Milan with Love’ surprised and rewarded the loyal AC Milan fan base whilst capturing Global audiences. The format was the first of its kind within European sport and AC Milan positioned themselves at the forefront of digital fan engagement through the successful project. The club placed a heavy emphasis on being ‘fan-first’ in their thinking and achieved significant positive buy-in from their followers.
‘From Milan with Love’ succeeded with its delivery of key messaging, sensitively addressing some of those most affected by the Global pandemic, with Italy recording some of the highest and quickest death rates in the world. Leveraging the Global talent roster offered by entertainment company Roc Nation (Alicia Keys, DJ Khaled, Kelly Rowland, Jonas Brothers to name just a few), AC Milan were able to uplift the nation through effective programming whilst sensitively acknowledging the challenging social climate.
