Here at Leaders we also recognise the power that sport has to connect people and create change, which is why we are delighted to bring you a series of events, Women In Sport and Black Excellence, that aim to champion excellence in diversity within the industry, accelerate the pace of change and inspire the next generation of sports executives.
250 industry professionals will gather at Facebook’s offices in London on 31 October to celebrate the talented black individuals who work off the pitch to make the industry what it is today. The event will provide a positive, energetic environment to share best practise and expand individuals’ networks and knowledge.

To kickstart Leaders Week New York 2019, 120 industry professionals gathered at Facebook, New York to celebrate the talented black individuals who work off the pitch to make the industry what it is today. International Women’s Day on 8 March 2019 saw Leaders welcome over 250 sport business executives to Facebook’s offices in London and New York, to recognise and celebrate the talented women who are driving the sports industry forward. The agenda was designed to champion diversity in the workplace and inspire a new generation of sports executives.
