Believe it or not, in the run up to the event we get the same questions year on year. But as always, ‘no question is a silly question’, unless of course, you’re asking what’s for lunch – you’ll have to turn up to find that one out! What is the venue and timing of my event?

Each event has a different venue and time. Check out below for all details:

I’m press, how can I get accredited for the events?

You can email [email protected] to apply for accreditation. Our friends Pitch Marketing will be handling the accreditation process.

Do you have discounted rates on hotels during the week?

We do.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is smart casual for daytime events and evening attire for the after hours events.

Leaders Under 40 Awards is a black tie event.

Can I attend the other events around the week if I’m already attending one?

Yes. Speak to one of the team and we can make sure you’re attending the events that are relevant to you. There are 15 events throughout the week so there is something for everyone. You can attend as many events in the week as you like and by the Friday we will all be old friends!

What time is the speaker I’m interested in on stage?

You can find out the most up to date timings of all sessions by using our interactive online agenda here.

Just select the event you’re attending and each session will display. You can filter down by topic to just show you the sessions that are most relevant to you.

I know you do the Summit at Chelsea FC – but what’s different this year?

You’re very right, we’ve hosted the Leaders Sport Business Summit at Chelsea FC each October for the last 10 years. So surely that’s cause for celebration! We’ll still be hosting the 2 day Summit on the Wednesday and Thursday (4-5 October) but after doing extensive research within the industry last year, you told us you wanted more, you told us you wanted specific and you told us you wanted intimate. So surrounding the Leaders Sport Business Summit this year, we will be also hosting a series of specialist forum events that will take a deeper look at the topics you told us were pressing in the industry.

For the Sport Business Summit can I swap my pass on day 2?

No, this is not possible. There is high security on registration and a pass is applicable to only one person for both days.

I need a VISA for my visit – how do I do that?
