Ahead of the Leaders Sport Business Summit we’ve shared some key information and answers to FAQ’s that we often get to make your trip as seamless as possible

Date: Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 October 2016

Venue: Millennium Copthorne Hotel Entrance, Chelsea FC, Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS

Transport: Chelsea FC and the Millennium & Copthorne Hotel are easily accessible by:

  • Fulham Road
  • London Underground (Fulham Broadway on the District Line)
  • Bus (14, 211, 414) from Central London
  • Easy access from Heathrow and Gatwick Airports

If you require a taxi at any point during the event, our recommended taxi company is Addison Lee:

Parking: Onsite car park with 180 spaces allocated on a first come first served basis. The charges range from between £2 for 1 hour and £36 for 24 hours. Time: The doors to the venue will be open from 8.00am for you to collect your badges as well as drop off coats and any baggage. The different conference streams will start at 9:15am and finish at 17:30.

Registration: Badges will be available on your arrival. Please note, security will be strict and you must show valid photo ID to gain entry. There will be a bag check in operation on arrival to the venue so please allow extra time for this.

Cloakroom/baggage drop: There is a cloakroom / baggage drop area available for you shortly after you have collected your pass. If you are bringing baggage on 6 October please ensure that you leave plenty of time to drop your baggage off.

Dress Code: The dress code for the event is business attire.

The Leaders Week App provides a full conference agenda and a customisable ‘my schedule’ feature. The app is available for download via the App Store and Google Play Store – please search Leaders Week to download. You will also find speaker information, maps, FAQ’s and other information.

Drinks reception will take place between 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the Great Hall on Wednesday 5 October, which will be continued at Frankie’s later (outside Millennium & Copthorne Hotel Entrance).

Help Desk: If you have any queries onsite, please do not hesitate to ask at the Leaders information desk or the Help Desk in the Centenary Hall where registration takes place. Alternatively, please ask a Leaders representative with any queries you may have.
