Taking place on the 12-13 November at the Emirates Stadium in London, a host of world-class experts, representing a diverse range of high performance areas and possessing some of the most valuable knowledge in the industry, have already signed up for the international two day event. Registrations so far include the likes of: All Blacks Manager, New Zealand Rugby; Director of Coaching and Performance, Cirque du Soleil; Sporting Director, Belgium FA; High Performance Manager, Australian Special Forces; Head of Medical, Tottenham Hotspur; Director of High Performance, Scotland Institute of Sport; High Performance Director, Belkin Pro Cycling Team; Vice President, Competition, MLS; and Performance Director, GB Canoeing.
Staged as a standalone event for the very first time, the Sport Performance Summit will double in size from last year, welcoming 600 performance professionals from more than 25 sports and 30 countries to explore topics such as data analytics, human performance, talent management and leadership.
Boosting the scale of the event, and with a slight rejig to the format, the Summit will feature key note speaker sessions delivered by industry icons spearheading the development of performance. Adding even more value to the experience, and encouraging knowledge sharing throughout the industry, the event will also incorporate topical roundtable discussions and opportunities to network and build constructive relationships.
James Worrall, CEO, Leaders commented: “This year’s Leaders Sport Performance Summit will see us welcome more elite performance professionals, from more corners of the globe, than ever before. Demand is exceptionally high and, with some of the industry’s most talented practitioners already confirmed to attend, the 2014 Summit will, without doubt, reinforce the event’s position as a vital platform for spreading knowledge and inspiration throughout the world of performance.”
