Randall is a Professor and Chair of the Organisational Behaviour Subject Area at the London Business School. His research includes leadership transitions in organisations, leading high performance teams, how CEO personality affects top management team interaction and interpersonal skill development. He also heads up the school’s Senior Executive Programme, is the author of the book ‘Leading and Managing People in Dynamic Organizations’ and has had research published in the leading journals in the field, including research in organisational behaviour and human decision processes. Randall has consulted with noted companies across the world such as Barclays, Chevron, IBM and Deutsche Bank.
