Walter Farfan, Gary McCoy and Mike Blaster started their journey’s independently in their respective fields of psycholinguistics, sports science and technology. But it was the realisation of the impact they could bring to the world by combining their fields that lead to the creation of Peak AI.
They saw that in sport, like in society, we’ve optimised just about every area of human performance, whilst under-appreciating the power of the mind.
They knew that using AI to analyse psycholinguistics would not just provide a better explanation of the performance drop, but could also lead to programs that would help the athlete. They set about creating a frictionless solution that athletes would enjoy using and that could scale easily.
And so Peak AI was born.
The mission to give the world’s athletes a head start has begun.
Elite Performance Partners are a performance and recruitment consultancy changing the way high performing teams hire and develop their people. Their work covers leadership (advisory and development), search and selection, and coaching – focusing on ensuring organisations, and the people within them, can reach their potential.
Kairos is the centralised communication hub for elite sports teams.
The digital platform was developed in the mid 2010’s in conjunction with some of the biggest teams in global sport to solve problems that exist in internal club communication within the elite sport environment – including men’s, women’s, and academy teams. The entirely online app has become the sole digital interface between club and player for elite teams across the globe, and now works with 100’s of teams across 4 continents and many sports.
Staff and players at teams such as Brentford FC, Stoke City FC, The Hurricanes Rugby (NZ), Sunderland AFC, Deportivo Alavés, and Ulster Rugby all benefit from hours of admin time saved every week, greater clarity across all scheduling and messaging, and increased efficiency across activities such as subjective data collection, file sharing, and team travel management.
The goal at Kairos is to continue to partner with and support elite teams from any sport or location that is dedicated to developing an efficient high-performance environment.
