Resilience is important for all employees, but they shouldn\u2019t be left to navigate adversity on their own. Instead, organisations must create an environment for shared responsibility around resilience<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Intensity<\/a>. But maybe not in the way that you think.<\/span><\/p>\n
