I do actually, because they\u2019re part of a new programme of ours. It can do, yes. Pitting teams against each other <\/a>can be effective in clarifying the way forward. But once a decision is made, everybody needs to check their ego at the door and get on board with the plan.<\/p>\n

5. What can get in the way of collaborating?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Contributing<\/a>. Sometimes \u2018helping\u2019 too much can be detrimental.<\/p>\n

6. Are there any new community groups I can join?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is indeed. You may remember I\u2019ve mentioned that we have a Diversity Series in partnership with Facebook. Well, The Diversity Series<\/strong> community is a platform for executives from underrepresented groups in the sports industry and, equally importantly, allies of those executives, to connect and share best practice with the shared objective of creating a more diverse and inclusive sports industry.<\/p>\n
