The successful return to \u2018normal\u2019 working conditions remains an ongoing task. All the logistics aside, the human element is something many organisations are still getting to grips with \u2013 one of these is rekindling a sense of community<\/a> in the workplace.<\/p>\n

With so long away from the workplace, or in social environments, it\u2019s no surprise that some interpersonal skills have suffered or disappeared. Here\u2019s a reminder on how to build real relationships at work<\/a>.<\/p>\n
