Sometimes it\u2019s important to reframe the notion of failure, for one of learning, letting people (and in particular younger people or athletes) stumble with purpose<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One essential way to learn is through play<\/a> \u2013 when we play, we take chances, we experiment, and we try new combinations just to see what happens.<\/p>\n

An athlete who\u2019s learning journey maybe isn\u2019t famous or talked about enough is Roger Federer, as David Epstein explains here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And finally, one of the world\u2019s best talent factories, AFC Ajax<\/a>, continue to sell some of their best talent, but continue to reproduce from their brilliant learning system.
