Good morning one and all. It\u2019s the final Performance Digest of 2020, so I want to wish you all a very happy Christmas and a prosperous end to this extraordinary year.<\/h4>\n

Many of you will be busier than ever over this holiday period, so if that\u2019s the case we\u2019re sending you the best of luck as you continue to navigate this new normal we\u00a0find ourselves working in. Please do reach out if we can assist with anything.<\/p>\n

I want to take a moment to remember G\u00e9rard Houllier, who sadly passed away this week. We knew G\u00e9rard well here at Leaders as he\u2019d\u00a0been a member, speaker and event attendee over the last few years, and we could not have held him in a higher regard. I feel very lucky and blessed on a personal level to have been able to spend time with him many times. He was so friendly, kind, thoughtful, and was always generous with his time. A true gentleman.<\/p>\n

For members, enjoy this session from our 2015 event in New York<\/u><\/a>\u00a0where he discusses how leadership, people and environment are integral to building a world class organisation. I remember that he was sat in the front row for all the other sessions that event taking copious notes, even at the age of 68. It says a lot about him \u2013 a lifelong learner. He will be sorely, sorely missed. A fitting tribute from his beloved Liverpool FC here<\/u><\/a>. Rest in peace, G\u00e9rard.<\/p>\n
