Issue Overview<\/h4>\n

In the first issue of Performance Journal, for our cover story we\u2019ve aimed high. Top-level performance over a sustained time period is what every sportsman and coach is striving for and in Ryan Giggs, we\u2019ve got a great example of how to make that happen. Elsewhere, we have an eclectic mix of subjects and subject matter. Chelsea Warr, Deputy Director of Performance at UK Sport, tells us about talent identification and Adam Steltzner, the NASA scientist who put the Rover on Mars, talks team-building.
