There is a fair bit of discussion and content around how to working through uncertain times.<\/p>\n

Ambiguity and doubt will arise many times throughout a season, no matter how good a leader you are, or how good your athletes are. But what sets high performing leadership teams apart from the rest? Here are their secrets<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mitigating risk is possible, as discussed here by Adam Alter (who we mentioned earlier) alongside former US Air Force Pararescueman Douglas Kechijian, and then teacher and now Director of Performance Research and Education at the Toronto Blue Jays, Dehra Harris. Here\u2019s what they discussed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As a leader, you\u2019ll need to take decision action<\/a> if and when a crisis does develop. It won\u2019t be easy, and you may find it demotivating and frustrating if your team can\u2019t solve the problems<\/a> like you need them to.<\/p>\n
