A summary of key learnings from Leaders Performance Institute members across the month of October.<\/p>\n \n \n \n

We are back with another Leaders Performance Intelligence Debrief, highlighting some of our favourite reflections from across the Institute in October.<\/h6>\n

The Intelligence Debrief is designed to keep you on the pulse with contemporary thinking across the high performance space and provides you with some inspiration to engage with the variety of opportunities on offer through your membership.<\/p>\n

We are looking forward to seeing many of you, our members, at the Leaders Sport Performance Summit on the 15-16 November at London\u2019s Kia Oval. There\u2019s not long left to register if you haven\u2019t already. We are excited to welcome you to our learning environment for the two days to challenge, connect and explore new thinking.<\/p>\n

So what has stood out to us across some of the sessions and conversations over the past few weeks?<\/p>\n

Virtual Roundtables<\/strong><\/p>\n

October was a busy month for Leaders Virtual Roundtables, as we hosted three different formats focusing on the topics of \u2018Change Management in Leadership Positions\u2019, a fascinating discussion on \u2018Where Are We & What\u2019s Next<\/a>\u2019 and, wedged in between, the first session of a three-part series looking at \u2018Performance Planning<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n

Reflect & project<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first roundtable of October focused on reflecting upon key challenges and topics across different fields of excellence and projecting ahead to future considerations in two to three years\u2019 time. The aim of the roundtable was to explore what might these topics mean for us in our day-to-day work and how do we best prepare for them.<\/p>\n

Below are five interesting reflections from the group when projecting forward and considering key topics we might challenged with or facing in two to three years:<\/p>\n
