The Leaders Performance Institute hit the ground running in January as our members came together to explore some of their most pressing performance challenges.<\/h6>\n

The topics on the agenda at our Virtual Roundtables were as wide-ranging as they were pertinent to all in attendance. We discussed the implementation of learning & development strategies<\/a>, the art of succession planning<\/a>, and the importance of fostering a sense of belonging<\/a> in the people on your team.<\/p>\n

These monthly Intelligence Debriefs are intended to provide an insight into the thoughts and actions of Leaders Performance Institute members across the globe. We also hope these nuggets inspire you to engage with the range of opportunities on offer through your membership.<\/p>\n

Remember: our 2024 Virtual Learning Schedule is live and there is plenty more in the pipeline but, before that, let\u2019s tuck into some of the choices cuts from January (and December).<\/p>\n

How can you elevate the effectiveness of learning and development at your team?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Full disclosure: this roundtable took place before the Christmas holidays but, nevertheless, warrants its inclusion here given the universal nature of the challenge at hand.<\/p>\n

Learning and development can be difficult to assess and, therefore, it can be tricky to measure the success of your approach with the athletes in your charge. There is variance from league to league and region to region but there was a consensus that it starts way before any practicalities.<\/p>\n
