You could say Emma\u2019s triumph was a prime example of athlete optimisation. That\u2019s timely, as we\u2019re embarking on a ten-week series dedicated to that very topic, kicking off with a Virtual Roundtable this Thursday, and you can find more information and register for it here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One more thought from me. A good friend of mine and Leaders tragically passed away last week<\/a>. Trevor Moawad was one of the most influential practitioners and advisors across all of sport, and one of the most passionate, thoughtful, driven, talented and friendly people I have come across. I’m pretty sure he impacted everyone he ever crossed paths with.<\/p>\n

My deepest condolences go out to his friends, family and the teams at MCG <\/a>and Limitless Minds. I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll continue to do incredible work inspired by Trevor\u2019s legacy.<\/p>\n
