There will be time dedicated to hear how others have approached this particular area followed by breakout discussions about your own, and others\u2019, approaches.<\/p>\n<p>The topic we have selected is Exploring Our Environments: Reviewing Group Wellbeing &amp; Culture. Why this topic? With humans being at the epicentre of sporting environments we&#8217;re more aware of our organisation and environment&#8217;s impact on our people, and the need to support them.
