This Community Call explores experiences and practical approaches to work\u2013life balance that go beyond policy, spotlighting how clubs and institutes are actively supporting family life and parenthood while maintaining performance excellence. So, what does balance really look like in high performance sport? For the first time, we\u2019ll be exploring this conversation through the lens of fathers and looking at how support for family life is defined, modelled, and encouraged in their environments.
