“Though I have been in this role for nearly two years,” says Kyle Dubas, “I still think having this time in the last six weeks has allowed me to reflect on the fact that we have a long way to go to get where I think we can in terms of our environment each day and how that impacts on our performance and the mindset of our people.”<\/h4>\n

Dubas, the General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs since 2018, makes it clear that the team – one of the most storied in NHL history – remains a work in progress.<\/p>\n

As the resurgent Leafs continue their work towards winning a first Stanley Cup since 1967, Dubas took time to speak to our co-hosts Matthew Stone, Leaders’ Senior Product Manager, and Steve Gera, the CEO of Gains Group<\/u><\/a>, which helps some of sport\u2019s greatest teams and athletes maximise the value of their data and technology.<\/p>\n
