These are, however, far from normal times in pandemic Britain and Dyche, the third-longest-serving manager in English football, took time from his schedule – a combination of club commitments and household chores – to speak to At Home With Leaders co-hosts Matthew Stone, Leaders\u2019 Senior Product Manager, and sports psychologist and consultant Michael Caulfield, whose clients include Brentford FC, Northampton Saints RFC and Hampshire CCC.<\/p>\n
