Dan Jackson is the General Manager of Player Development & Leadership at the Adelaide Football Club, but he is quick to dispel any notions that he is a guru.<\/h6>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t teach leadership,\u201d he tells the Leaders Performance Podcast. \u201cI can help unlock what\u2019s already in there.\u201d<\/p>\n

On that note, he is certain that leaders are not born. \u201cLeadership is 100 per cent made, but it\u2019s made from a very young age.\u201d<\/p>\n
