When Bianca Rech shares a decision with FC Bayern\u2019s players, she knows instantly how it has landed.<\/h6>\n

\u201cYou feel it,\u201d says the Director of Bayern\u2019s women\u2019s programme. \u201cYou already know when you look at their faces. You\u2019re like \u2018I think she doesn\u2019t like it\u2019, \u2018yeah, she likes it\u2019 and \u2018she needs a bit of proof\u2019. It\u2019s like sometimes I see myself sitting on the other side.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u2018other side\u2019, as Bianca tells Teamworks\u2019 Andrew Trimble and Leaders\u2019 John Portch, refers to her transition from a Germany international and Frauen-Bundesliga regular to a senior leader of the German champions, whom she represented on the pitch for four years.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so much harder now when you sit on that side now,\u201d she adds, reflecting on how she used to feel as a player. \u201cI see myself sitting on the other side, like, \u2018oh, maybe I have to talk to them again\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n
