Chad Morrow, a command psychologist with the US Airforce, succinctly identifies the elephant in the room when it comes to multidisciplinary work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you hire people who are usually at the top of their game and they\u2019ve then got to slow down to work together,\u201d he tells the Leaders Performance Podcast. \u201cI think everyone says they want to do that but if they\u2019ve never done it, I\u2019m not sure they want to do that.\u201d<\/p>\n
