We asked our members what you wanted and one topic was mentioned above most: the significant matter of coaching the coaches.<\/p>\n

While the athlete remains at the centre of the performance equation, we know that skilled coaches play a crucial role in enabling athletes to reach their potential. It behoves sports organisations to be more systematic in developing and supporting its coaching workforce.<\/p>\n
