\/>\n<p>Paul Gustard, who has served as Head of Rugby at Gallagher Premiership side Harlequins since 2018, is talking shortly after his appearance onstage at the 2019 Leaders Sport Performance Summit in London at Twickenham Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>It is an apt venue for the former flanker, who has quickly become one of the most respected coaching and management voices in English rugby.<\/p>\n<p>In this
