mind: the sheer number of service ribbons on his uniform and how quickly he speaks of humility in the best pilots.<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&#8220;We are constantly looking at our younger pilots and ensuring they have the character and humility to accept feedback,&#8221; he says, having just touched upon the topic onstage at the <a href=\"https:\/\/leadersinsport.com\/performance\/summit-session-coaching-developing-the-worlds-leading-fighter-pilots\/\">2019 Leaders Sport Performance Summit in Las Vegas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s about addressing the actual behaviour that we want to see change and we do it by ensuring that the folks that we bring into the organisation are adherent to what we desire and at the same time carrying on the core values that we&#8217;re looking for; and we find that that produces the results later on.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
