Why? Because they\u2019re committed to creating a positive impact. They want to make a difference, and they do.<br \/>\n\u2022 Data can reflect on something existing, but it can also shape what you should do next.<br \/>\n\u2022 Innovative ideas come from the most unexpected and extreme places.<br \/>\n\u2022 Design the box before asking people to step outside of it.<br \/>\n\u2022 Take time to help your team reflect on where they\u2019ve been, where they\u2019re going, and the values that drive their journey.<br \/>\n\u2022 Use meetings to analyse challenges and assess the barriers, and to contest ideas. Sometimes creativity needs constraints, sometimes it needs freedom, and sometimes it needs time.<br \/>\n\u2022 Talk less, do more. Bring clarity to meetings that are around new ideas \u2013 make it physical, not just vocal. How are you communicating your best ideas to your tam so they can better interrupt the meaning?<br \/>\n\u2022 Measure creativity, both internally and externally.
