autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<h6>Miranda Menasp\u00e0 is wary of using technology for technology\u2019s sake.<\/h6>\n<p>\u201cOne of the things we\u2019re trying to figure out, particularly for fresh graduates coming into high performance, is that sense of pressure to utilise technology because that\u2019s what\u2019s seen to be done in high performance,\u201d she tells Teamworks\u2019 Andrew Trimble and Leaders John Portch.<\/p>\n<p>Miranda is the Director of National Performance Support Systems at the Australian Institute of Sport and a practising physiotherapist, which made her an ideal guest on this special Teamworks Vodcast, particularly when it comes to sharing her perspective on the way the Australian sports system uses technology.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe next step is ensuring practitioners have got the critical thinking skills to understand why I am using this and what is it adding. What is it telling me?
