If we are investing in the players, we want them to have the best possible experience. Recruitment strategy shouldn\u2019t just be about elite players, it\u2019s the elite people that are around them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Facility journey<\/strong> \u2013 Be thoughtful about how people arrive and depart. What is that experience? How can it be improved?<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Feedback<\/strong> \u2013 How do you gather that feedback on what works and what doesn\u2019t? Be intentional about process. We use QR codes across the facility to ensure we gain feedback there and then. What can we turn around and change quickly?<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Future-proofing<\/strong> \u2013 Don\u2019t design the space for one specific use. Chemistry and intimacy important. Consider the likes of a player\u2019s lounge not a luxury, but to ensure a safe space for players. Utilising a space correctly is the most important thing \u2013 don\u2019t worry if it\u2019s not branded or has that storytelling element. That comes later, if possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Goals<\/strong> \u2013 Start with having the end in mind.
