Alastair Clarkson is a former Australian rules footballer and current coach of the Hawthorn Football Club. Following a successful playing career beginning at North Melbourne FC he moved into coaching in 2001 and was appointed to his first senior coaching position in 2005 at Hawthorn FC to lead their rebuilding phase. After a tough start, his side saw rapid improvement reaching the AFL finals in 2007 and a Grand Final victory in 2008. His team are now praised for their sustained success and Alastair is known as one of the most progressive and cutting-edge coaches in one of the most competitive sports on the planet.

Alastair discusses the importance of actioning and measuring behaviours within his club and instilling compliance and accountability within his team as they strive for success.
