In his current role at EXOS, Rett is responsible for leading the team of performance coaches and physical therapists that will prepare the Chinese Olympic teams for the 2016 Games in Rio. Currently, Rett’s main focus lies with the Chinese Diving Team – one of the Olympic Games’ most dominant teams. Over the past 4 Olympic Games, Chinese divers have won 40 out of a possible 48 medals, including 24 of 32 gold medals, taking home 7 of a possible 8 gold medals in 2008 and 6 of the 8 available at the London 2012 Games.
