Troy Flanagan is a sport scientist and high performance director with over 20 years’ experience of preparing Olympic athletes in Australia and the United States. Since 2007, he has played a key role in advancing the preparation of the US ski and snowboard team where he is now the High Performance Director. The team is known for its high-tech and innovative approach to performance and Flanagan works with some of the world’s biggest aerospace companies in his search for a medal winning edge. In Sochi 2014, the USA reached their highest medals total ever with 28 medals and recorded an overall medal sweep in the men’s slopestyle event.
