As Clinical Director at The Royal Ballet, Greg works with the dancers to improve their physical performance, helping them rehabilitate from injury and encouraging the growing use of science to help better performance. Prior to joining The Royal Ballet in 2013, Greg spent over five years working with the British Olympic Association as the Intensive Rehabilitation Unit Manager – helping athletes return to competition faster, stronger and more mentally prepared. In this one-to-one interview Greg focuses on The Royal Ballet’s use of data to enable their dancers to analyse and improve performances.
