Sport science is more advanced than ever but often athletes do not understand its value to their wellbeing. To make modern monitoring, training and recovery methods effective teams need to build trust with their rosters while educating them in good living habits. Above all, players who stand the test of time are curious about their bodies and the science behind training and recovery, they are also willing to go the extra mile and made the choice early in their career to embody good habits.
