Brad Sims oversees all of the Cavaliers’ commercial activities, including ticket sales, marketing, CRM, digital sales, hospitality sales and partnerships. He’s been shortlisted for the Leaders Under 40 Awards and led double digit growth of the Cavaliers business in the 2 years since he joined in 2012. At the beginning of the 2014 season, the Cav’s resigned LeBron James and signed Kevin Love, transforming the team into NBA Championship contenders after which their commercial activity has skyrocketed.
