David took up his role as Head of New Media and CRM at the club in 2011 and, since then, has helped generate a huge social media following of over 1.28million followers on Twitter and over 10.7 million followers on Facebook. In this video David discusses transmitting the passionate in stadium experience to the rest of the world and offering exclusive content to bring fans closer to the players.
