    LFC Foundation is the official charity of Liverpool Football Club. Our mission is to create life changing opportunities for young people and families.<\/p>\n

    Liverpool City Region (LCR) is an area with high levels of deprivation, impacting negatively on underpinning indicators such as health, education, employment, and crime. All these factors have been further exacerbated by the COVID pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis meaning there is an even greater need for accessible and available programmes that can make an immediate and meaningful impact.<\/p>\n

    To meet the needs of people who live and work within those communities, LFC Foundation and Steve Morgan Foundation (SMF) partnered with five existing community centres to revitalise those areas and assist people who need help.<\/p>\n

    From the beginning of the project our goal was to support those existing hubs by providing the experience and expertise of the LFC Foundation delivery team without compromising the spirit that exists within the community. Through consultation with key members in the local community we outlined programmes and initiatives that would have the greatest impact and co-developed a delivery plan.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n
