Whether fans were in the stands at Tottenham Stadium, in a London pub, or tailgating in Chicago, they wanted to be part of the experience.<\/p>\n<p>What the Bears delivered was a clear example of how to meet an international moment with a smart digital game plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Start with Fan Personalization.<\/strong><br \/>\nBefore the game, the Bears launched an in-app survey asking fans if they were attending. Based on responses, the team tailored content and push notifications to create a more relevant experience for each fan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Support Fans On the Ground.<\/strong><br \/>\nFor those in London, the app offered an interactive stadium map, adapted from our work with Tottenham Hotspur, to help fans navigate the venue. It also featured official team events and activations happening throughout the week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Bring the Stadium To the Fan.<\/strong><br \/>\nTo make the experience immersive for fans at home, we added an AR Portal that let them virtually step onto the pitch inside Tottenham\u2019s stadium using their phones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Make It Social, Fun, and Shareable.<\/strong><br \/>\nA new AR Maze Game challenged fans to guide a ball through a Bears-themed puzzle, with winners receiving a limited-edition London scarf. A Bears Bar Map and Watch Party Guide helped fans gather together. Digital Keepsakes let fans add London-inspired stickers to their photos, while behind-the-scenes Stories brought them closer to the team\u2019s journey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Measure the Impact.<\/strong><br \/>\nOver the week, the app had over 141,370 active users, 629,265 sessions, and 258,320 clicks. On game day alone, 93,700 fans used the app and generated over 318,000 sessions.<\/p>\n<p>One app. One global fanbase.
