Leaders Live, our monthly, topical broadcast, is back for season two \u2013 and now we\u2019re in partnership with IMG, with a brand new home at IMG Studios. Leaders Live is our studio talk show on hot button issues facing the industry, featuring interviews with leaders from across and beyond sport. In this episode, we are examining the creator economy \u2013 What is it, how can we utilise it, and what does sport really need to understand about how the online influencer world works?<\/p>\n

To provide answers to our burning questions this month: First we have IMG Media President Adam Kelly, who gives a state of the nation verdict on the sports industry and reviews the key themes emerging from Leaders Week in September. We are then joined by Victor Bengtsson, Head of Content for creator collective The Sidemen, to explore what the rise of the creator economy means for the sports industry and sports content. Last (but certainly not least) we have Tim Edwards, who looks after athlete partnerships at TikTok, offering a glimpse into how the platform is helping athletes become creators, where the crossovers are between sport and the online creator community and helping to explain how and where brands can get involved in a credible way.<\/p>\n
