She was appointed President of Onexim Sports and Entertainment Holding USA, in May 2010. In this one-to-one interview with Leaders, she discusses the importance of women in sport, how the sport industry empowers women, and lessons she&#8217;s learned throughout her time as a high-profile leader.<\/p>\n<p>Irina serves on the Boards of Directors of NETS Basketball and Brooklyn Arena LLC.
