The Leaders Sport Business Summit
Now in its 7th year, the Leaders Sport Business Summit brings some of the most influential people in sport to the stage to challenge, inspire and educate the audience on topics such as leadership, digital, marketing and sponsorship, strategy, governance, brand-building, and commercial best practice.
Leaders will use Chelsea’s 1400m2 blank-canvas Great Hall to hold a 35+ stand exhibition, a core aspect of the 1500 person event. With the conference credited as one of the very best networking opportunities for senior executives in sport, Great Hall also features a networking centre with interactive street-food kitchen stations and large screens streaming seminar content from the stadium function suites.
Branding the stadium both inside and out, the Leaders Sport Business Summit runs across the entire Stamford Bridge site, utilising all 24 function rooms, 60 syndicate rooms, the Chelsea Museum, live music venue Under The Bridge as well as hospitality and accommodation from Chelsea’s onsite hotels and restaurants.
Simon Hunter, Head of Venue & Brand at Chelsea FC commented, “The Leaders Sport Business Summit is a significant event that brings over 50% of its 1500+ delegation from overseas to Chelsea and involves our entire operations, events, production and catering teams, so we are thrilled to see it returning to Stamford Bridge for the next three years.”
James Worrall, CEO of Leaders commented, “We are delighted to have signed a further three year agreement with Chelsea FC that will see the event celebrating its 10th year at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea FC is a world-class venue familiar with hosting some of the most high profile names in the sporting industry, and this, coupled with its flexible facilities and service excellence, is why we come back year after year.”
Held at Chelsea FC for the past six years, the Leaders Sport Business Summit 2014 takes place at Stamford Bridge from 8-9 October. For further information about the event please get in touch with a member of the team on +44 (0) 207 042 8666 or email [email protected].
