This Privacy Policy applies to the website available at  www.leadersinsport.com, including event registration, virtual events and similar services offered via the website (collectively, the “Website”), owned and operated by Leaders in Sport (“Leaders in Sport,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). This privacy policy describes how we may collect, use, and disclose personal information from visitors to our Website, and your choices regarding access, use, and changes to your personal information.

Information We Collect:

We collect Personal Data in two ways:

1. You may provide us with certain Personal Data if you choose to register for events or participate in those events, register for newsletters, download articles and content, sign up to be a member of the Leaders Performance Institute, apply for a job, or otherwise when you directly interact with us on other occasions

The information you might choose to provide to us includes:

• Identity Data – first name, last name, username or similar identifier, password, title, company and position, country of residence, gender, resume or CV
• Contact Data – email address, postal address, physical address and telephone number, social media contact information;
• Transaction Data – record of your subscription purchases;
• Profile Data – including your interests, preferences (including in relation to marketing), feedback and survey response

2. We automatically collect certain information through cookies, and we may also place other tracking technologies, including internet or pixel tags, clear gifs on the Website and in our communications with you, such as within e-mail. The information we collect through these tracking technologies includes:

• Technical Data – information such as your IP address, device ID, device model, operating system, geolocation information, browser type and browser language, system and network information.
• Usage Data – click throughs, pages viewed, time spent on each page, action taken on webpages and other clickstream data, referral URL, download errors.

We use third-party service providers to assist us in collecting and understanding Usage Data. We may also need to disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

• if we are required to do so by law or pursuant to a binding regulatory request (in such circumstances, such disclosure will at all times be solely to the extent required by law or the applicable regulatory request);
• in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements.

In addition, as our business changes, we may buy or sell various assets owned or controlled by us. In the event all or a portion of the assets are sold, assigned, transferred or acquired by another company due to merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, your Personal Data may be transferred.

Personal Data Transfers Outside of the EEA

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

If you are a member of the Leaders Performance Institute, we will keep your Personal Data for as long as is necessary to perform the service for which it was provided.  Once you no longer wish to be engaged with Leaders we may still need to retain limited Personal Data if there is a legal reason for doing so.

Third Party Websites and Social Media

Our Website may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not have any control over these third party websites and are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites. Importantly, your use of these third party sites are not governed by this privacy policy – as such, please exercise caution and examine the privacy policies and terms of use applicable to the relevant third party sites.

Our Website also contains social network sharing widgets. These widgets may provide information to their associated social networks or third parties about your interactions with pages that you visit on our Website, even if you do not click on or otherwise interact with the plug in or widget.
