Like all our events, we like to dedicate an hour to understanding the skills that leaders need to succeed in a particular area – the aim of this session is to inject some energy into the day by exploring and practicing some new leadership skills in an interactive format. We’ll focus on skills and actions we can implement to ensure we are operating and leading inclusively.
We’ll unpack topics such as:
• Understanding how bias works, role modelling inclusive behaviours and becoming culturally competent
• Exploring how if you encourage and foster inclusion, it will help attract, retain and develop a diverse talent pool
• Ensuring that we as leaders create psychological safety to ensure that we all belong and can contribute authentically in a meaningful and deliberate manner
