Our Performance Support Series provides an opportunity for members to engage in a three-part series, dedicated to the ‘how’, ‘what’ and ‘why’ that sit behind influencing a specific element of performance. Led by an industry expert, ideas will be explored and best practice challenged, to inform and transform your approach to specific elements of performance, over the course of a structured 60minute session.
While some organisations may be more naturally innovative or creative, it is absolutely a process you can build and develop like a muscle. For those working within high performance, we understand and appreciate the need to innovate in everything we do to continue to evolve our programmes. Throughout this series, we aim to explore ways in which you can innovate more effectively, providing you with ideas to take back to your environments.
This will be the first session of a three-part series.
To be eligible to attend you must work for a professional sports team or league, an international sports federation or governing body, or an academic institution offering sports-related subjects or a member of the NCAA and work in a professionally qualified sports performance focused role. This virtual roundtable will be most suitable for Heads and Directors of Performance or Sport Science, Heads of Strength & Conditioningand anyone responsible for working with athletes in their daily routines or throughout a season or year.
