Phil Coles has been with the Boston Celtics since 2019, and has helped lead them to the playoffs in every year of his tenure. Prior to this he has held roles with organisations including Football Federation Australia, Newcastle Knights, Liverpool FC and the San Antonio Spurs. His work has spanned all aspects of the performance spectrum, and also covers senior executive management and leadership roles, with a dedication to elite sports performance, athlete wellbeing and sports franchise development.
