The role:

Leaders Group are looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded, CRM Manager to join our team. The CRM Manager will uncover vital business intelligence and implement marketing automation programmes for the B2B marketing, commercial and product teams to discover new opportunities, audiences, and revenues for this c-level, premier audience.


Key Event Accountabilities:

  • Work across the business to develop CRM strategies to uncover new audiences and potential revenues. Create the necessarily reports and marketing lists required to engage these prospects in real time for the marketing and commercial teams
  • Supporting the wider team with creating reports and dashboards to monitor campaign and commercial performance
  • Work with the marketing team to improve and report on automated journeys and processes within the CRM system to better serve our customers
  • Optimizing the lead flow process to drive more qualified leads to the commercial team
  • Supporting the team on campaign creation and hierarchy with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to deliver essential business insight & leads across events, membership and content products
  • Collaborate with the global systems team and the wider team at Leaders to ensure best practice across our systems is adhered to (Primarily Salesforce and Pardot)
  • Implement strategies to grow key audiences which contribute to the overall strategic goals of the business
  • Identify data projects and work with the central BI team to ensure data is clean and tagged correctly for planned campaigns
  • System administration / manage permissions


Ideal Candidate

  • Preferred 3+ years CRM experience, particularly for a B2B product portfolio
  • University Degree and/or relevant experience in a similar industry
  • Advanced skills in using CRM platforms and analytics tools
  • Salesforce & Pardot experience preferable
  • Dynamic, ambitious, organised, disciplined, and analytically minded
  • Interest in the business of sport or media ideal
  • Excellent communicator and ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
