Implementing Innovation

Who are the organisations taking innovative approaches to solving common industry problems, and what does the process of setting your business up to embrace innovative thinking look like?

Sports is an industry where many of us face the same challenges – but not everyone has the same approach to tackle those challenges. In this Workshop, we’ll be hearing from three guest speakers on how to identify those approaches when they’re not always the result of conventional wisdom, and what conditions need to be in place to even embark upon the less trodden path to begin with.

We’ll also be dedicating a part of the afternoon to honing and enhancing your inclusive leadership skills, as often these sources of innovation and improvement come from opening the floor to otherwise unheard voices.
